These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Go Kart Park facilities, services, and website located at https://gokartpark.com. By visiting our park, making a reservation, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Go Kart Park is a private outdoor activity park in Springville, Utah offering Power Wheels driving experiences, birthday party packages, and group event reservations for children and families. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

2. Reservations & Payment

All parties and ride sessions must be reserved in advance via our website or by contacting us directly.

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards via our secure online booking system.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the reserved time may qualify for a refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

In the event of severe weather or operational closure, Go Kart Park will work with you to reschedule your event at no extra charge.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests agree to follow our posted Code of Conduct and safety rules at all times while on Go Kart Park property.

This includes:

No reckless driving or crashing

Supervision of children by a responsible adult

Respectful behavior toward staff and other guests

Failure to follow park rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk

By entering Go Kart Park, you acknowledge that participation in ride activities carries some inherent risk.

All guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or property damage resulting from their participation.

Parents or guardians are responsible for the actions and safety of the minors in their care.

6. Limitation of Liability

Go Kart Park, its owners, and staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, lost property, or damages that occur on the premises, except where required by law. Use of the park is at your own risk.

7. Website & Content Use

All content on https://gokartpark.com is protected under copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

You agree not to use our site or booking tools for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

8. Changes to These Terms

Go Kart Park reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
